General Information about Virtual Booths

• Each Regular virtual booth time slot will be 60 sec and Premium is 120 sec. An individual can buy two regular or premium slots only. If you are selling merchandise, then minimum two regular or premium time slot is mandatory.
• Booths are allocated on a first come first serve basis and IAKC committee decision will be final. A full deposit is required to reserve ahead of time.
• Each individual recording must include details of what vendor is offering with website links (if you have any) with phone number and contact person
• Vendors will have to be cautious about not including any abusive language or offensive materials.
• Buying methods (for your product) should be included in the video. Payment option should be either talked about or shown in video. IAKC will not be responsible for any financial transactions between vendor and buyer.
• Vendor may either use their own marketing advertisement or can request IAKC executive to record the video with extra charges.
• Vendors are strictly prohibited from “using IAKC platform for anything other than sharing information or selling products. If IAKC determines that an advertisement is not appropriate, the vendor will be excluded from India fest immediately
