🎤 We’re thrilled to host a one-of-a-kind event brought together by the YUVA and Program Team of IAKC for the first time ever!

Below are key details to help you prepare for this exciting event:

📍 Event Details

• • Location: Olathe South High School, 1640 E 151st St, Olathe, KS 66062
  • Date: Sunday, May 4, 2025
  • Timings: 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM

🎶 Who Can Participate?

Anyone aged 5+ years is eligible to showcase their talent!

⏳ Performance Guidelines

• • Time Limit: Minimum 2 minutes, maximum 4 minutes per performance.
  • Instruments: Performers must bring their own instruments as none will be provided.
    • Setup of instruments: Performers can set up their instruments offstage before the event starts. A few seconds will be given before and after performances for final stage adjustments and breakdown.
  • While solo performances are highly encouraged, group performances are also welcome.
  • To ensure opportunities for multiple participants, each individual may submit only one solo and/or one group performance, regardless of the category.
    • Please submit a separate form for each performance.
  • There are limited spots available for each category and performance type.
  • Audio tracks are not required at the time of submission, but will be requested if your performance is selected by the IAKC review committee.
  • Any entries received after the submission due date, won’t be considered

  • Non-Members: $15
